About Emma
I was born and raised between the small cities of Tulsa and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Some of my earliest memories involve performing, or wishing to, so I couldn’t tell you exactly when that bug bit me! As a kid, I spent my summers at various musical theater camps and intensives, including Kristin Chenoweth’s Broadway Bootcamp. After attending as a student, I became a counselor and assistant to Kristin throughout my time there.
Eventually, my studies led me to Oklahoma City University where I studied and graduated with a Bachelor of Music in Music Theatre. Some of my recent theatre credits have included Bright Star, Cabaret, and Shrek: The Musical. I have also loved jumping into to TV/Film world this past year, on the set of “Heavy Hitters” and “Mocha and Mistletoe”. I have always loved the theatre’s ability to communicate and evoke emotion. The relationship between performer and audience is personal, vulnerable, and beautiful. I have loved getting to work on my craft in NYC for a little over a year now, and cannot wait for what the future holds!
In my free time I like to decompress by embroidering, crocheting, taking pictures with my film camera, learning new magic tricks or looking up to a sky that reminds me how grand this world is.
I’m really glad you’ve stopped in.
